See

How much stock do you have right now? That answer used to cost days of counting. With RFID, stock levels are visible in real time.

02 / 05

Receive

The pallet rolls through the gate — and it’s already on the books. No opening boxes, no handheld scanner.

03 / 05

Find

One box among twelve thousand SKUs? The software shows where it was last read.

04 / 05

Count

Stocktakes take minutes, not days. Stock levels update with every read.

Secure

The shipping gate sees what was loaded. The checkpoint recognises which vehicle is leaving.

Turnkey RFID: tags, readers, software, ERP system integration.

ASMO RFID

ASMO RFID is part of ASMO GROUP, in business since 1995. We design and install turnkey RFID systems: tags, readers and antennas, software with a database and a link to your ERP system. We make our own RFID stickers. Every box tells you what it is, how many there are and which gate it passed through.

How it works

One box through the whole system

Turnkey means one contractor for the whole chain: tags, readers, antennas, software and the link to your ERP system.

  1. Tag

A sticker with an antenna and a chip. The stickers are our own: we encode them and print your logo and QR code. Stuck on a box, a pallet or a single item.

  2. Gate

A reader and antennas in the doorway read hundreds of tags a second and log every entry and exit.

  3. Software

Software with a database turns codes into products and checks them against the waybill.

  4. ERP system

Receipts, shipments and stock levels go into your ERP system. The storekeeper sees on a tablet where everything is.

  5. Security

If a shipment doesn’t match the waybill, the system raises an alarm at the exit.

Ask the warehouse

Ask in your own words

It’s the same demo warehouse as in the story above. Ask about any product — the demo answers with its name, quantity and location and lights it up in the warehouse. The answers are prepared from the demo warehouse data; this is not a chat with a manager.

    Send the calculation

Stocktakes: people × hours × stocktakes per year × hourly cost × time saved. Shrinkage: inventory value × shrinkage % × shrinkage reduction.

A guide, not a promise. 70% time saved is below the published “5–10 times faster”. 12% shrinkage reduction sits between the documented 9% (Decathlon) and 15% (an ECR study). Your warehouse will have its own figures.

    Frequently asked questions

A tag costs cents. And you don’t have to tag every single item: for many warehouses, one tag per box or pallet is enough. We decide what to tag during the survey.

Yes, but it needs special tags. That’s why, before you order, we test tags on your goods right at your site: without this test we give no guarantees.

No. Your ERP system stays your main system. RFID feeds it accurate numbers: receipts, shipments and stock levels.

They stay on the label. RFID doesn’t replace the barcode — it removes the need to scan every unit by hand.

Yes. We sell RFID stickers and ALARM anti-theft tags separately from a rollout. A manager will confirm the price, minimum order and lead time.

A tag can be torn off or shielded — then the gate won’t see it. But at the next read the item won’t be where it should, and the discrepancy shows up in the records. How to protect your particular goods is something we decide during the survey.

We select equipment for the frequency band permitted in Uzbekistan. A manager will confirm the details for your project.

It depends on the site and the task. First a manager visits your site, then we prepare a project and a commercial offer — the timeline will be in it.
